Round Robin Tests
- Would you like to know whether you are conducting the test in accordance with the standards?
- Your testing machine is new and you want to know whether all test results are being determined correctly?
- Has your testing machine been rebuilt or repaired and you want to check if everything is working properly?
In all these cases, participating in one of our proficiency testing schemes is the fastest and easiest way to find out within a few days:
- Short sample delivery time
- Immediate statistical analysis in real time
We currently offer the following testing methods, as of October 2025:
- Tensile test ISO 527-2 in standard climate (Elasticity modulus, yield stress, yield strain)
- Flexural test ISO 178 in standard climate (Elasticity modulus, flexural stress at conventional deflection)
- Notched Charpy impact strength ISO 179-1 in standard climate (Notched impact strength 1eA on self-notched specimens)
- Heat deflection temperature ISO 75-2
- Vicat softening temperature ISO 306
Further test methods are currently being prepared:
- Tensile test ISO 527-2 at +60 °C (Elasticity modulus, yield stress, yield strain)
- Charpy impact strength ISO 179-1 in standard climate (Impact strength 1eU)
- Notched Charpy impact strength ISO 179-1 in standard climate (Notched impact strength 1eA on ready-notched specimens)
- Izod impact strength ISO 180 in standard climate (Impact strength 1eU)
- Notched Izod impact strength ISO 180 in standard climate (Notched impact strength 1eA on self-notched specimens)
- Notched Izod impact strength ISO 180 in standard climate (Notched impact strength 1eA on ready-notched specimens)
All samples are carefully prepared in accordance with the requirements of ISO 294-1 and the respective test standards. A homogeneity test was conducted for each test method and sample batch.
We offer our proficiency testing program on the labXplore proficiency testing platform. There, we have defined the specific test parameters for each test method.
How to order:
- Once you have decided to participate in one or more of the specified methods, register at labXplore
- Enter the data of your test equipment and select the test method.
- Select the test method and specify the number of sample sets required.
- Release the order in the labXplore system by clicking on “Participate now”.
The samples will be sent to the address you provide. Enter your test results after completing the test. You'll have immediate access to the results and see how your lab compares to other labs.
